CUT’s Randal Ford Teams with Daughter Layla on Original Artwork | Proceeds Benefit St. Jude | Bid NOW!

Written by Vicki Young

This summer, my daughter Layla and I set out to work on a piece of art together. I wanted her to choose one of my animal portraits and apply another medium to it to give the work another layer of life, originality, and aesthetic style. Layla chose Eloise, the African Elephant, from my book, The Animal Kingdom, and worked with acrylic paint to create an energetic burst of color coming out of Eloise’s trunk.

We’ve decided to auction this original piece and donate 50% of the final sale to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

This is not only part of my limited edition works but is also an original piece that I have no intention of making or selling prints of. In other words, this is a one-of-a-kind work and will not be reproduced.

It is ready to hang or add a frame to and comes with a certificate of authenticity and a signed book.

Specs: 32×32″ Canvas, photography + acrylic. Original artwork only.

Here is a link to the auction which ends this Sunday evening.
Thank you,
Randal & Layla
