Texas Film is Officially Open for Business!
The rules for the Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive Program (TMIIIP) have officially been finalized, marking another major step forward for film, television, and media production across the Lone Star State.
With applications now being processed, productions looking to film in Texas have a clearer path forward. The program offers qualifying projects a base incentive of 5%–25% of eligible Texas spending, with opportunities for additional grant awards.
For Texas, this is about more than bringing productions to our state. It’s about creating jobs for Texas cast and crew, supporting local businesses, strengthening our production infrastructure, and building an industry that can continue to grow for generations.
