Launch Agency Creates Animated Celebration for Baylor Scott & White’s US News Ranking

Each year, US News & World Report ranks the top hospitals in the nation. And this year, Launch Agency’s client, Baylor Scott & White Health, won in a wide range of categories. This is great news for the healthcare system, but it’s even better news for their patients because it means they are getting care they know they can rely on. So, Launch’s goal was to spread this exciting news across Texas with an integrated campaign that felt unique and refreshing and that put patients directly in the spotlight.

They achieved this by using fun animated characters living their best lives with the message, “When you get better, so do we.” To create these cheerful characters, Launch partnered an animation company based in London called Cabeza Patata who immediately understood the vision and did an exceptional job bringing it to life. In the words of one of their founders and artists, Katie Menzies, “The health sector is often associated with fear and uncertainty and this campaign turns it around by communicating the other side: new beginnings, optimism and the joy of good health. We worked hard on putting all of this into the characters’ attitudes, the colours and the animations.”
