For the 5th Time, Tandem Theory Ranks on the Inc. 5000, with Three-Year Revenue Growth of 123%

Inc. revealed today that Tandem Theory, a Dallas-based firm specializing in data-driven customer insights and custom marketing solutions for leading consumer brands, ranks No. 3771 on the 2024 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The prestigious ranking, which Tandem has achieved for five consecutive years, provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges.

In a year when the industry was flat and inflationary pressures impacted client budgets, Tandem’s success formula positioned the agency as a resilient and forward-thinking leader. It allowed for the successful establishment of 15 new partnerships with clients from various industries, including Baskin Robbins and CAVA, and the data-driven growth of existing clients including Purina, Rent-A-Center and Rackspace. By strategically putting culture first and integrating advanced data and technology, Tandem continued its high growth rate since 2019 despite external challenges. A further reflection of Tandem’s enhanced client satisfaction and growth is the level of trust and confidence its clients have in the agency. In 2023, Tandem achieved a 25% increase in its NPS score, outperforming the industry average with an impressive 70/100. Tandem’s reimagined agency model has also fostered a supportive and motivated workforce with reduced turnover, which was only in the mid-single digits compared to the industry’s nearly 30% average turnover rate. With no signs of slowing down, Tandem celebrated 12 promotions and 25% annual team growth.
