Dallas-based advertising agency, 3Headed Monster, recently added Elisa Silva to their three existing partners: Shon Rathbone, Founder/Creative Chairman, Crystal Anderson, Partner/Strategy Director and Mark Ford, Partner/Design Director. She will be leading agency growth and assisting in daily operations.
Elisa studied film at Rice University and spent several years in film and music video production here in Texas before diving into advertising at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland. She went on to lead client businesses at 72andSunny LA before moving to New York to JWT, Translation, Barton F. Graf, and SS+K, where she was Managing Director of Clients and Culture. She returned home to Texas in the Fall of 2019 and worked with Samsung Mobile in Plano to build up its Marketing and Content Studio teams before becoming a Monster.
Elisa stated, “I am so excited about the adventures ahead with 3Headed Monster. I get all the octane, energy, and progressive thinking of world-class creative agencies on the coasts, but I get to be at home in Texas. It’s a forward-thinking team in the heart of a pretty remarkable city. I think 2021 is going to be a big year for us and for the Dallas creative community at large.”
