Medium Giant is investing in the leadership required to support their current growth tragectory.
Mary Glasnapp has joined Medium Giant as vice president of client leadership, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in client leadership, integrated marketing and team development at agencies including Leo Burnett and Tracy-Locke.
Glasnapp has led integrated work across traditional, digital, experiential and retail channels for brands including Coca-Cola, Diageo, Harman/JBL, Hormel Foods, T-Mobile and FedEx Office. At Medium Giant, she will focus on strategic client growth, highperforming teams and strengthening the agency’s collaborative culture.
Medium Giant has also promoted Lizzy Bakhaus to vice president of strategy and media, expanding her leadership across two increasingly interconnected disciplines.
Bakhaus brings deep experience in omnichannel marketing, using consumer and market intelligence to inform brand positioning, audience strategy, media planning and UX-driven digital experiences. Her expanded role reflects Medium Giant’s approach to bringing strategy, audience intelligence and media closer together as brands navigate an increasingly fragmented consumer landscape.
