The Jesus-centered “He Gets Us” campaign returns to the Super Bowl for its fourth consecutive year with a 60-second spot titled “More.” Departing from past ads centered on political and social flashpoints, this year’s message takes aim at modern society’s obsession with constant consumption, self-improvement, and endless desire.
Created by LERMA/ and produced by Prettybird, the spot features a rapid-fire montage of scenes—from VR-filled classrooms and plastic surgery prep to bodybuilding competitions, gambling, social scrolling, and high-speed car racing—intercut with images of Las Vegas and the word “more” flashing across the screen. The frenetic pace builds until it slows in the final moments, showing a woman hiking peacefully in nature as the line appears: “There’s more to life than more. What if Jesus shows us how to find it?”
Set to air during the second half of the game on Feb. 8, the ad reflects the campaign’s evolving approach. Rather than commenting on culture from a distance, “More” invites viewers to see themselves in the relentless pursuit—and eventual futility—of always wanting more.
