Dude Perfect, the YouTube sensations known for their trick shots, unveiled their new 36,000-square-foot headquarters in Frisco with a star-studded video featuring Tom Brady, CeeDee Lamb, Bryson DeChambeau, Nate Bargatze, Noah Lyles, MrBeast, and Cody Rhodes.

Located at 15900 Gateway Drive in Jerry Jones’ Star Business Park, the $3 million facility includes cutting-edge amenities such as a mini-golf course, a 45-yard football field, a basketball hoop wall for trick shots, a pickleball court, a golf simulator, a gym, and a hidden candy room.

The video highlights Tom Brady as a receptionist throwing a deflated football—a playful nod to Deflategate—and Bryson DeChambeau using the putting course for a gravity-defying shot. Comedian Nate Bargatze joked about basketball, while other athletes showcased the HQ’s state-of-the-art features.

The new HQ also houses production spaces, podcasting and gaming studios, and plans for a fan experience, including a store with exclusive merchandise and interactive trick-shot opportunities. This expansion comes after the group’s October 2024 addition of 60,000 square feet for business operations and a high-tech video production facility. CEO Andrew Yaffe expects staff to double by the end of 2025.

Since launching on YouTube in 2009, Dude Perfect has grown to over 60 million subscribers. Beyond trick shots, the quintet—Garrett Hilbert, Cody Jones, Tyler Toney, and twins Coby and Cory Cotton—envisions a legacy as a global entertainment brand. They dream of creating a Disney World-like complex for family fun, with cities across the U.S. vying for the opportunity to host the project.

“We’re not going to be doing trick shots when we’re 60 years old,” Toney said. “We want this to stand on its own as a brand name.”
