DFW International Airport Creates New Airport Concessions Store Benefitting The Bridge

This morning, DFW Airport was proud to introduce a one-of-a-kind concessions concept that helps support a social impact model of homeless recovery right here in Dallas and Tarrant Counties.

The Bridge Travel Essentials is now open in Terminal A! It’s one-stop-shop for all travel and souvenir needs, whether it’s a grab-and-go snack, a personal care item, or locally-sourced memorabilia.

The store is special in that 5% of the proceeds from The Bridge Travel Essentials will go to benefit The Bridge, a homeless recovery center in Dallas, and the store will be staffed through Fort Worth-based Presbyterian Night Shelter’s Upspire workforce program. In all, the store is expected to generate $200,000 annually in revenue for The Bridge and several jobs for the Upspire program.

DFW Airport is so excited to be a part of this wonderful new partnership and to see the impact it can have in our local communities.  You can help support the mission by shopping at The Bridge Travel Essentials near Gate A10 next time you travel with us!
