Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (CCSWB), a company of Arca Continental, and one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the U.S., just released their fun Christmas Rap video featuring its iconic Coca-Cola delivery vehicles, and a multitude of characters dress in Santa costumes acting scenarios that will make you say “Ho, Ho, Ho.”
The merriment kicks off with St. Nick rapping “I’ve got a big red truck and a big red suit…” and unfolds into a jolly narrative featuring classic Santa Claus activities. Lyrics that will keep you chuckling start with “From the North Pole to the Southwest on the highway, doin’ my best,” continues with a laugh-out-loud chorus singing “deck the halls with rows of bottles,” back to Santa for “it ain’t no silent night, I got Coke, I got Sprite” and “I got my low beams, the weather is cold, but I’m on a roll.”
CCSW produced the video to share on social media and for their internal audiences. Lyrics were written by the team at Storefront Music and it the video was produced by DFW-based Grit Productions.
So, grab your Santa hat, turn up the volume, and get ready to rap along. You’ll be hearing it in your head all day long.
Earlier this year CCSW released their 2-minute ad featuring an original song, “Big Red Truck,” created to capture CCSWB’s high-energy culture. Through its catchy hip-hop lyrics and associates dancing in the iconic red shirts, the ad shows a day in the life of a CCSWB driver, from “5 a.m., crack of dawn” through delivering Coca-Cola products in the classic Coca-Cola “big, red truck.”
