This video is part of a hiring campaign that is currently running. As you can imagine, as labor hiring is still challenging for most companies and industries, ERG is not exempt from the situation. People still have the option to choose where to work. Therefore, we needed a different approach, away from the simple “Now Hiring” approach all around us.
We wanted to represent an opportunity for people with a good attitude and disposition to work that wants to grow professionally in a family atmosphere and impact their communities, regardless of their sociocultural background. El Rio Grande represents a career opportunity.
