As Plein Air Agency continues to grow and expand its client portfolio of restaurant and hospitality brands, it has announced it will be adding a new leadership position for the digital insights portion of their business. Seth Hall, a respected industry insider with a reputation for building markets from the ground up, has joined the Agency as Plein Air’s new Senior Advisor on Technology & Analytics.
“Seth is a veteran with a proven track record in software, technology, and e-commerce,” said Jason Abelkop, President and Co-CEO of Plein Air Agency. “His collaborative approach and relationship-building skills have made him a key asset at some of the largest and most visible companies within the greater hospitality market and we’re fortunate to now have him among our ranks.”
Most recently, Seth spent nearly seven years at Olo and departed as the AVP of Enterprise Sales. At Olo, he was responsible for enterprise restaurant partnerships which grew to over 70% market share and went public with a 99% retention rate. After going public, Seth was a founding member of Olo for Good, with a focus on “Doing good while doing well” and helped lead the initiative of Olo for Nonprofits. Previously at Groupon, Seth helped build the successful vertical, Groupon Getaways, which is still one of its most profitable and mutually beneficial verticals today.
At Plein Air, Seth will be responsible for adding more performance-based features and more detailed results-tracking into the wide variety of social media campaigns, loyalty programs, online interfaces, and digital dashboards that the agency creates for its clients.
