Christopher Sabat, Mary Collins voice talent and Owner of Okratron 5000, has been working for weeks on orchestrating the perfect vocal landscape to accompany a fan created, stop-motion, animated anthology for Star Wars Rogue One.
The four chapters of videos, produced by Tongal, rolled out over the entire month of September, and are told using toys as the stars! They feature a variety of action figures from the Star Wars franchise, like Jyn from Rogue One, alongside familiar baddies like Darth Vader and bumbling stormtroopers, who all but steal the show! Classic toys from LEGO and Hasbro, and newer collectibles, like Funko Bobble-Heads, come to life to tell the four-part story.
The animated shorts are voiced almost exclusively by Mary Collins Agency voice talent, each of which have years of experience voicing video game characters as well as cartoons and anime. For many of the actors, this is a Star Wars fan’s dream come true – to bring these classic characters, as well as new ones, to life and get to share it virally with the new generation of fans awaiting the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Voice credits include: Jennifer Green as Jyn Jason Douglas, Krennic J. Michael Tatum as Cassian Chris Sabat, K-2SO & Stormtroopers, Jim Foronda as Commander & Stormtroopers, Ian Sinclair as Bodhi & LEGO Stormtroopers, Bruce DuBose as Baze Josh Grelle, Pao. Ackbar and stormtroopers.
