Dallas-Fort Worth based public relations and marketing communications firm BizCom Associates has named Monica Feid as the chief operating officer (COO). The announcement comes following a year in which BizCom increased its billings by more than 65% and more than doubled its workforce.
As COO she will oversee day-to-day operations of the agency and its operating divisions, BizComPR, DigitalBizCom, BizComDesign and BizComPress.
“Monica is the heart and soul of BizCom,” said co-founder and CEO Scott White in making the announcement. “Her energy, creativity and ability to inspire our team members across the country is a major reason for our continued growth and success. Her guidance for our growing team will be critical as we continue to expand our portfolio of world-class clients.”
Feid, one of three co-founders and a Principal with the firm, served as BizCom’s vice president since the agency’s creation in 1999 and took over as president of BizComPR in 2017.
