Nate’s Honey Gives Hope program sweetens the season with honey donations to food banks and other non-profit organizations across the country
In honor of the holiday season, Nature Nate’s Honey Co., the number-one branded honey company in the U.S. and producer of 100% pure, raw & unfiltered honey, donates 5,500 pounds of pure honey to food banks and other non-profit organizations across the country. The donation is part of Nate’s corporate giving initiative, Honey Gives Hope, which helps families and communities throughout the U.S. and beyond.
“We’re on a mission to share the goodness of pure honey with every family across the country. As we reflect on our many blessings this time of year, we want to make an impact in the communities where pure honey is not able to be added to shopping carts and give back in a way that’s as pure as the honey we bottle,” said Nathan Sheets, president and CEO of Nate’s. “We are grateful for being able to support the incredible work of local food banks and other non-profits and spread a sweet message of hope to families this holiday season.”
Nate’s has donated honey to:
- Houston Food Bank
- Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
- Los Angeles Regional Food Bank
- Minnie’s Food Pantry in North Texas
- North Country Food Alliance in Minneapolis
- Northwest Arkansas Food Bank
With a goal of helping communities in need, the impact of Nate’s Honey Gives Hope is far-reaching. Earlier this year, Nate’s provided financial and product donations to Kids’ Meals, Inc., Jewish Family Services, National Breast Cancer Foundation and leading universities contributing honey bee health research.
