A Party so Big It Took Two and a Half Years to Plan
This past Thursday, Republic Editorial hosted their long awaited Grand Opening Social in Uptown Dallas. The event, which was touted as “A party so big that it took two and a half years to plan,” lived up to the hype as the local advertising community came out in force to tour their newly designed and expanded space.
Attendees enjoyed exploring their new lobby, four additional edit rooms, and a second oversized floated mix room and recording booth (designed by Mark Genfan of Acoustic Spaces.) Also on display in an adjacent stand-alone suite was Motion Academy, Republic’s rapidly growing visual effects and motion design division. The event, catered by Kent Rathbun, went well into the night as visitors wandered through the halls of Republic Editorial (who is now the sole tenant of the building’s ground floor.)
