Renowned Tiki Historian shakes up signature cocktail menu debuting at select Omni properties Memorial Day Weekend
Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to introduce Tiki Social, a Tiki-inspired cocktail experience launching this summer in collaboration with Tiki Historian, cocktail author and owner of the critically acclaimed restaurant Latitude 29 in New Orleans, Jeff “Beachbum” Berry. Starting Memorial Day Weekend and running through Labor Day, guests at all Omni properties can enjoy curated tropical cocktails designed to capture the spirit of paradise and elevate their summer stay.
The Tiki Social experience will come alive through immersive pop-up bars at select properties, transforming indoor and outdoor bar spaces into vibrant tropical escapes with extended evening hours every Friday and Saturday. Open to both Omni guests and the public, the experience will feature an expanded menu of eight original cocktails and two zero-proof drinks, specially crafted by Berry in partnership with Omni’s expert bar team.

These drinks were designed to make every sip feel like a mini vacation.”
Tiki Social menu highlights include:
- The Coconutty Islander served in a fresh coconut (Platinum Rum, Coco Reàl, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Coconut Water, Lime, Macadamia Liqueur)
- Totem’s Kiss (Choice of Gold Rum or Vodka, Vanilla Reàl, Allspice Liqueur, Lime, Orange, Cinnamon, Bitters)
- Mai Tai Have Another (Gold Rum, Dark Jamaican Rum, Orgeat, Orange, Lime)
- The Tropical Tease (Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Raspberry Reàl, Lemon, Pineapple, Crème de Cacao)
- The Bitter Birdie (Rum, Campari, Pineapple Liqueur, Lime, Bitters)
- Donovan’s Reef (Malt Scotch, Crisp Apple Reàl, Lemon, Pineapple, Triple Sec, Chili Liqueur)

Tiki Social highlights the depth and creativity of the Omni’s cocktail program across its portfolio. While all properties will feature a limited selection of Tiki Social cocktails at their lobby bars, select locations will offer the full pop-up experience and comprehensive eight-drink menu, including non-alcoholic options like the ‘Designated Diver’ and the ‘Dry Tai’, a spirits-free twist on the beloved Mai Tai.
