Allen as Chief Collectible Officer and Lloyd Mintz as Head of Licensing. These strategic additions further strengthen the company’s executive bench following the recent appointment of Ken May, former CEO of FedEx Kinko’s and Topgolf, as Chief Executive Officer.
Together, these leaders represent a powerful convergence of operational excellence, deep hobby credibility, and global licensing expertise — positioning Oh YAAS to lead the next evolution of the $50B trading card and collectibles industry.

With over 30 years immersed in the collectibles ecosystem and a lifetime love for it, Allen has built a career at the intersection of community, culture, and commerce. From founding and leading Collector’s League to serving in leadership roles at Heritage Auctions and advising emerging platforms across trading cards, pop culture, and gaming, his passion for collecting and extensive industry relationships ensure Oh YAAS products will resonate authentically with collectors while pushing the category forward. As Chief Collectible Officer, he will lead Oh YAAS’s collectible strategy — shaping product innovation and product architecture, collector experience, artist collaborations, and community engagement.
Mintz’s career of forging strategic retail and manufacturing partnerships through executive leadership in global licensing, brand expansion, and consumer products strategy will play a pivotal role as Oh YAAS expands its exclusive agreements and multi-channel distribution strategy. With senior roles and an impressive record at Disney Consumer Products, Hasbro, and Kartoon Studios, his understanding and relationships span retail, hobby, and direct-to-consumer platforms. Mintz will oversee licensing strategy and partnership development, unlocking premium IP opportunities across sports, entertainment, gaming, and pop culture.
