Nature Nate’s Honey Co., the number-one branded honey company in the U.S. and producer of 100% pure, raw & unfiltered honey, received a Gold MarCom Award for its billboard ad that is part of its national Ingredients: Honey.TM campaign. MarCom is one of the oldest, largest and most-respected global creative competitions in the world.
Competing against more than 6,500 MarCom award entries from 45 countries, Nate’s was recognized for excellence in creativity and execution of its “Put Me in Oats” ad for the Advertising Campaign, Billboard category. The award-winning billboard advertisement debuted this summer at Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros.
Nate’s Ingredients: Honey campaign, the first of its kind for the honey category, encourages consumers to choose honey over processed sugar and artificial sweeteners. The Nate’s campaign is unlike anything seen before for the honey category with its inclusion of audio commercials and out-of-home advertisements.
“As the branded leader in honey, we are excited to increase awareness of this all-natural sweetener in creative and compelling ways, like our ‘Put Me in Oats’ ad at Minute Maid Park,” said Nathan Sheets, President and CEO of Nate’s. “To be recognized for our marketing campaign achievements among other top brands and companies in the world is a tremendous honor for the entire Nate’s family.”
Last year, Nate’s received two Platinum MarCom awards for the Ingredients: Honey. campaign, which was launched in January 2022. The campaign features assets from creative agency Poke the Bear and was executed with support from integrated media agency LERMA/. To view a sample of videos, visit the Nate’s YouTube channel.
