The director of Neon Days is Sheldon Maddux. The indie film made by Rein Film, with a $40K budget, is loosely based upon Maddux’s experiences dealing with anxiety, depression, and anger issues. It was made in the DFW area, featuring numerous DFW businesses and only Texas talent. It has been nominated for multiple awards in numerous film festivals. Neon Days has recently acquired worldwide distribution and will release in the U.S. on September 29th.
