DallasMeetup: Breaking Barriers in Networking with Over 1,000 Expected at Upcoming Mixer

Written by DallasMeetup

Founded by Carson Gibbons, DallasMeetup, in just its third event since its inception April 2024, is poised to host over 1,000 networkers at its big-tent, industry-agnostic mixer at The Rustic November 14th. DallasMeetup is brand new, and organized by practitioners across a variety of verticals who simply wanted a lower-barrier-to-entry networking event that didn’t discourage attendees from networking across a diverse range of ages, industries, and commitment levels.

DallasMeetup, is free to attend, doesn’t require membership, doesn’t charge dues and doesn’t have sponsors cutting into precious networking time with a pitch.  At DallasMeetup we are all about connection, and we’re unique in that we tell you who’s going to be in the room ahead of time.

DallasMeetup at HERO was held August 1st, where we hosted 650 professionals and featured 50 Economic Development organizations, including Plano, Waco, Denton, Tyler, Tulsa, Dallas, Arlington, Colleyville, McKinney and 40 other municipalities: Watch the Director of Innovation for Frisco Economic Development Corporation recap:
