Dallas Mavericks Introduce MavsTV

Written by Patty H

The Dallas Mavericks announced today the launch of MavsTV, the team’s official new telecast destination for the 2024-25 NBA season. In its inaugural season, MavsTV will carry over 70 games not exclusively televised nationally directly to fans within the team’s local broadcast footprint, for free over-the-air on WFAA Ch. 8 and KFAA Ch. 29. Fans can also access MavsTV via the new subscription-based streaming service powered by the NBA’s Next Gen integrated digital platform inside the NBA App. A new MavsTV app, with game coverage, exclusive footage and original on-demand content, will launch later this season.

“We have been waiting for this moment for a long time,” said Dallas Mavericks CEO Cynt Marshall. “We are thrilled to offer multiple options for our fans who deserve seamless, enjoyable viewing experiences.”

Starting Saturday, Oct. 26 with the Mavs vs. Suns game, fans in the Mavericks’ approved region, throughout Texas and parts of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Oklahoma, will be able to stream all Mavs games not nationally televised via the NBA app, NBA.com and all NBA supported assets. This streaming option will be available to fans via a monthly pass for $14.99 or a season-long pass for $124.99. For a limited time only and while supplies last, fans subscribing to a season-long pass will have the option of selecting either a pair of tickets to an upcoming Mavs game or a $75 Mavs merchandise gift card, as a complimentary gift to accompany their season-long subscription.
