Dallas-Fort Worth PR and marketing communications agency BizCom Associates announces the promotion of August Anderson to the position of vice president.
In her new role, she will manage account service teams that oversee the creation and execution of PR and digital marketing communications programs for a variety of clients including Neighborly, Little Caesars, Edible, Intelivideo, Getaround, asTech and more.

Anderson first joined the agency in 2018 and soon thereafter rose to become an account supervisor. Her tenure has included work in franchise development and consumer awareness programs on behalf of national and international organizations on the BizCom roster as well as thought leadership support for some of the country’s foremost CEOs, entrepreneurs and franchise founders. In addition, Anderson has played a key role in integrating PR programs alongside the agency’s rapidly expanding Digital BizCom division and a number of social media clients.

Anderson grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia, and today resides in Chicago. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in integrated strategic communication.
