AdChat DFW quietly celebrated its 10-year anniversary last month. What began as a way to spotlight the incredible advertising, marketing, production, and film talent in DFW has grown into a trusted platform supported by a community for which I’m deeply grateful.
Over the years, one thing kept pulling at me: the stories behind brands themselves. Not the campaigns, headlines or the click-chasing noise, but the how-it-began stories surrounding the people, challenges, and successes that shape brands into what they are today. I felt compelled to expand to tell these stories because this is where brand truths live, where the power to connect begins.
But I knew I couldn’t do it alone, so I partnered with my friend and longtime colleague Jina Lund-Bosak, whose strategy, management, and creative production experience comes from her time at American Airlines, Pizza Hut, BNSF, and more. Our skill sets uniquely complement each other, and we genuinely enjoy working together.
Today marks the official launch of Brand-Chat beginning with a deep exploration of the brand story behind Digital Fight Club.

For Brand-Chat, we interviewed Mike and the initial founders about the inspiration, the challenges and the successes of their journey. We dove into the lightbulb moments that transformed boring convention panels into a brand so vibrant that it not only brought together giants in the advertising, marketing and technology industries, it caught the attention of Hollywood producers.
