Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team that is hosting a virtual mock interview and resume critique event for those in PR/social media fields, the week of Aug. 31.

SPM says some of the top drivers in diversifying talent in the communications field, one of its DEI team’s goals, are accessibility, preparation and exposure. This event is in support of that goal, and all who are interested in participating are welcome – including recent graduates and new and seasoned professionals.
“This a tough yet critical time for those seeking employment and we wanted to provide any help we can,” said SPM Communications President and founder Suzanne Miller. “Of the many initiatives we have going with our DEI team, we feel strongly this one could help make an immediate impact for those trying to land their first job or a new job during the pandemic.”
This is not a hiring/recruiting event for SPM – but truly an opportunity for employment seekers to practice and improve their job-hunting skills with feedback from communications professionals. Those who would like to participate can go to bit.ly/spminterviews to sign up.
