Agency Claims Prestigious Industry Recognition for Fifth Consecutive Year

The Dallas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, or PRSA, honored TrizCom Public Relations with a coveted 2018 Pegasus Award for Communications Excellence – media relations business to business. The award was presented Oct. 19 at the annual PRSA Dallas Pegasus Awards + Pro-Am Student Day Luncheon at the Brookstone Country Club in Farmers Branch.

Dallas public relations firm TrizCom PR received the 2018 Pegasus Award on behalf of the Dillon Gage Metals media relations campaign. TrizCom Account Supervisor Jeffery Cheatham received the Dallas Chapter of PRSA New Member of the Year Award.

The annual Pegasus Awards honor excellence while recognizing the best-in-category media outreach and public relations efforts in the North Texas area. Individual awards were allotted in six program categories and eight project categories. Campaigns were judged by an independent panel composed of public relations practitioners from the Dallas PRSA sister chapter in Puget Sound, Washington.

Artists for Animals Names TrizCom PR as Agency of Record

Artists for Animals – a Dallas-based nonprofit organization that brings local artists, sculptors, musicians, writers and animal lovers together to support North Texas animal rescue charities – has named TrizCom Public Relations as it’s agency of record.

Attendees are invited to sip wine and savor tasty treats while listening to musical performances by members of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra paired with an animal photography show by Teresa Berg. Each year, students from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas create one-of-a-kind art pieces of adoptable pets that are available for purchase as silent auction items. The 2018 event will be held March 11 at Moody Performance Hall.

America’s Team first round draft pick Taco Charlton and America’s #1 Tex-Mex fast food restaurant Taco Bueno have teamed up to kick off football season with an advertising campaign for the new Wholotta Tailgate Box.

TM Advertising, who was named Taco Bueno’s agency of record in July, created the campaign during the agency review process and shot the commercial and social videos with Taco Charlton just weeks after the partnership began and the day before the defensive rookie headed off to training camp.

“We were thrilled to be named Taco Bueno’s new agency partner and excited to hit the ground running with a campaign featuring Taco Charlton,” said Lisa Bennett, TM Chief Creative Officer. “Taco is an incredibly talented, hard-working, nice guy.
