The documentary follows Robert Christgau, The Dean of American Rock Critics, whose work has inspired readers for sixty years. Christgau is still working and reviewing music in his eighties, grading records, interrogating commas and listening to absolutely everything (except metal and prog). |
| The Dallas Film Commission is hosting a free screening of this incredible documentary on September 3. Doors at the Texas Theatre open at 6pm with a red-carpet. The show will begin at 7pm with a conversation with Joe Levy, freelance music critic and former Editor at the Village Voice, and Jeff Salamon, executive editor at Texas Monthly and former Editor at the Village Voice.
