On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina is a chain of Tex-Mex food casual dining restaurants headquartered in Irving, Texas. For nearly 40 years, the restaurant has been firing up an atmosphere of celebration and fun for their patrons. They differentiate their food from other Tex-Mex cuisine, by using mesquite-wood grills to sear special marinades into their meat dishes, giving the food a unique and delicious flavor. Additionally, they take pride in creating authentic, border-style meals in generous portions with sides including craft margaritas, chips, salsa, hand-made guacamole and tortillas.
