McKinnis, whose 20+ years in advertising spans brand, promotions, direct, digital and social, most recently served as President & Chief Creative Officer for Splash Media Group. In his new role with The Integer Group, McKinnis will craft powerful and engaging stories on behalf of the agency’s clients through the storytelling creative approach he has honed throughout his career. Starting as a copywriter at Tracy Locke, Jim rose through the ranks to the position of Chief Creative Officer while working on accounts including Pepsi, Pizza Hut, Frito-Lay, Nokia, Hasbro and 7-Eleven. Jim also learned big data and directed the first North American creative network for Rapp Collins, eventually becoming the first creative to lead an office and landing major accounts like Charles Schwab, Neutrogena and AAA during his tenure.
Wakabayashi is a seasoned strategist with a solid track record of successful digital, database and social marketing strategies that synthesize consumer, stakeholder, technical and operational requirements for national and global brands. Most recently, Wakabayashi served as Director of Digital Strategy at Moroch Partners, where he led the digital and social strategy for McDonald’s across 5,000 restaurants in the U.S. He has also managed digital marketing for brands including Beck’s Beer, American Crew, Boston Market, Mary Kay and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT).
