Adding Two New Members to Sales and Business Development Team
charlieuniformtango is pleased to announce that Fran Montoya has joined the Tango team as Head of Sales, and Will Andeer has come aboard as business development and sales rep for the Midwest and the Southeast. We are thrilled to have such knowledgeable and talented people representing our company and services.
Fran Montoya brings over twenty years of sales rep experience to charlieuniformtango. She has repped a number of companies and also owned her own company, Montoya Reps, working with some of the best-known names in the commercial production industry. Through long-term relationships with area creatives and partnerships with agencies Fran as developed a knack for matching up the appropriate talent for the job at hand, whether it’s production, post, digital, VR, or interactive. “When Lola Lott offered me this opportunity with charlieuniformtango, I jumped at it,” Fran said. “I am so excited to have such a tremendous wealth of talent to represent.”
Will Andeer started his career in advertising through many creative ventures in still photography, furniture making, and audio engineering. Passionate about making things happen and inspired by the creative people around him, Will made the decision to join the sales and business development side in the commercial music business. From there he became an independent sales rep, representing creative minds in the fields of live action, animation, VFX, music, and sound design. Will lives in Chicago, but his territory for charlieuniformtango covers the Midwest and the Southeast.
