Tony Dieste, co-founder of Dieste, Inc., is an undeniable pioneer in the Hispanic advertising arena in DFW and nationally. He possessed the vision to launch his own agency over two decades ago as that population was on the cusp of exploding.

Having been involved in many major developments in marketing communications in the past 20 years, Tony has both client and agency experience.  He has been the recipient of many prestigious awards: named to the AAF “Hall of Achievement” as one of the 100 Most Influential Latinos in the US, The 2016 Hispanic Marketing Achievement Award, and numerous others.

Dieste, Inc. has also been honored with dozens of creative awards and has been named to Ad Age’s A-list, Multicultural Agency of the Year several times. The company was also honored in 2015 by having the Smithsonian National Museum profile its work in its permanent exhibition on American Industry.

Most recently, Dieste, Inc. took home a Cannes Lion for their creative work for Dallas Pets Alive! When they released the video “Adoptable Trends” on their website, it was an instant success, increasing the website traffic by 98% – an incremental never before experienced by this non-profit organization.  The accompanying social media campaign was also a phenomenal success. Additionally, two silver Pencil awards for Branded Entertainment and Direct Interactive were bestowed upon the campaign this year.

The agency is churning out more remarkable creative for other clients like Borden LaLa brands and Goya (see spots below).

Giving much credit to his father, who headed his own agency in Mexico City, Tony has a tenacity for great work. The agency he co-founded in 1995 is now at the leading edge of the digital evolution, focusing on the intersection of data insights, creativity and technology. Dieste, Inc. is forging new solutions for their Fortune 100 client’s challenges in a multicultural world.
