AAF Dallas, McDonald’s, Agency Partners Host Event Embracing Diversity

The American Advertising Federation Dallas (AAF Dallas) and McDonald’s, along with their agency partners, have come together to host the Embrace Diversity Luncheon on April 19, 2016, to discuss the importance of diversity and to share how the Fortune 500 company has embraced diversity in leadership all the way down to restaurant employees and shared with the world through advertising.

McDonald’s has led the discussion about diversity for generations, and it’s at the core of their marketing principles to promote their brand to the ever-changing landscape of America. Diversity is a complex issue with varying layers for a brand to show through advertising campaigns to audiences, including internal stakeholders, employees and business-owner operators. Attendees will hear from Lura (Hobbs, president of LimeGreen Moroch, and Sonya Sauceda, managing partner of Inspire, to learn more about the development of McDonald’s infamous tagline “I’m lovin’ it” and the many ways McDonald’s has embraced diversity with it’s brand.

The Embrace Diversity luncheon will take place Tuesday, April 19, from 11:15 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. at DoubleTree Hilton Campbell Centre, located at 8250 North Central Expressway, Dallas, Texas. Individual tickets and tables of eight are available for purchase online beginning at $40-$440. For more information, tickets and sponsorship opportunities, please visit www.aafdallas.org.
